To achieve the goal, the following research methods were used as mechanical methods for testing samples for stretching; testing of welded specimens on fatigue; measurements of residual stresses by acoustic method; measurements of the hardness of the metal by Rockwell and Vickers; metallographic studies of welded joints. As a result, the structural features of the formation of compounds of high-strength thermally reinforcing aluminum alloy 7056 with high zinc content were obtained for EPZ and IDPPE; a comparative analysis of the degree of deterioration and durability of the welded joints of the investigated aluminum alloy obtained by the EPZ and IDPPE; The regularities of the resistance to cyclic loading of welded joints of thermally reinforcing aluminum alloy 7056, executed by EPZ and IDZPE, are established; the effective parameters of the strengthening of the VMP technology of the welded joints of alloy 7056 obtained by the EPZ are established; The regularities of increase of cyclic durability of welded joints of aluminum alloy 7056, obtained by EPZ and strengthened by the technology of VMP, were investigated.
