For the development of medical information analytical systems of the new generation, new approaches to the integrated presentation of multimodal data as well as appropriate mathematical approaches and software must be developed. RESEARCH OBJECTIVE. The development of the conceptions of patient’s multimodal data aggregate representation and archival medical image processing; it enables increasing medical data representation and processing effectiveness healthcare information systems. RESEARCH RESULTS. The concept of a multi-image is developed and presented; it allows to comprehensively describe an object, a subject or a process on the basis of the multimodal data received during the observation executed with reference to time of measurements. The logical operations on aggregates are proposed and described. These operations enables receiving various compositions of multimodal data, which makes it possible to provide a complex representation of the data for a overall description of subjects, objects and processes, including for the comprehensive presentation of a patient’s health information. The software implementation of data processing in accordance with the concept of a multi-image is oriented on the programming language ASAMPL, the compiler of which is an innovative product developed in this research work. A method for the preliminary classification of medical images, which can be applied to the primary processing of medical records archives, is also developed in this research.
