The purpose of the work is research and develop mathematical models of signals and interferences, and calculate the parameters of sound wave propagation in a marine multilayered environment. The research method is computer modeling, vector - phase method, discrete Fourier transform. In the study of the sources of the hydroacoustic signal for a moving and stationary underwater object in a specific area of the not deep sea, an ambiguous classification of these sources is determined. The analysis of the field tests was carried out using the classical classification algorithm for marine objects. Technical and operational characteristics ensure the increase of development efficiency due to the introduction of modern computer and information technologies of design and development of components of newly created products in the area of sonar. The method of conducting a comprehensive marine experiment on the study of hydroacoustic fields was developed and put into practice, which includes: - the joint simultaneous use of two research vessels(RV), each of which ensures the implementation of its part of the research program, as well as the use of drifting radio-hydroacoustic receiving systems, which significantly reduce the effect of noise interference caused by the operation of RV mechanisms that do not have silence modes; - the use of a combined towed module on a radiating vessel (RV), which provides emission and control of hydroacoustic signals, synchronous measurement of the internal wave profiles during the ship’s travel, as well as continuous acquisition and recording of the module towing depth.
