In this work a comparative analysis of various welding methods was carried out and it was determined that it is most appropriate to use pulsed-arc welding with a non-melting electrode. It is found that welding needs to be performed in two passes. The first pass is performed by pulse-arc welding with a pulse frequency of 1 kHz, the ratio between the pulse and the pause 50/50, the average value of current 110A. Due to this mode, the required depth of melting is obtained. The second pass is performed at 200A and 2.5Hz, the ratio between the pulse and the pause is 70/30, the average current value is 170A.
