The purpose of the research is to provide theoretical substantiation and development of the directions of transformation of agrarian relations in the conditions of globalization processes. To achieve this goal it was expedient to solve the following tasks: - the process of formation and development of organizational culture of agricultural enterprises is researched; - the concept of implementation of organizational culture in modern agrarian enterprises of Ukraine is proposed; - the use of the axiological and target approach in the process of selection of agricultural enterprises managers has been studied; - analyzes the administrative-territorial system as a factor of increasing the efficiency of state and regional management; - theoretical and methodological bases of diversification are researched; - uncertainty is analyzed as a concept and as a phenomenon of the intellectual component of the agrarian-economic sphere; - the theoretical bases of the substantiation of the concept of "market of agricultural products" are studied; - the principles of formation and development of agricultural sales in the conditions of globalization are researched. The object of the study is the transformation of agrarian relations in the conditions of globalization. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and practical problems arising in the development of agrarian relations in Ukraine in the conditions of globalization. The methodological and theoretical basis of the report on research work are the fundamental positions of economic theory and other humanities and social sciences (sociology, philosophy of economy, metaphysics of economics, system theory, etc.), as well as scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists.
