The object of research is polarization inhomogeneous coherent (incoherent) electromagnetic fields, systems of singularities of these fields, energy flows in such fields, optical traps based on them. The goal is to create a new type of optical equipment: • tweezers based on polarization inhomogeneous optical traps; • new methods and devices of monitoring the parameters of objects, including biological, new methods and devices of diagnosing human diseases. The theoretical foundations of the singular approach to the analysis of the energy currents in the optical fields of complex polarization structure. Physical meaning of the formation of the Poynting vector characteristics in coherent, quasimonochromatic and polychromatic vector fields are established; A new method of forming spatially inhomogeneous polarized waves and optical traps based on them has been developed. The optical tweezers based on incoherent Gaussian wave has been implemented. The results of it testing are presented. A new method of forming a convertor of smooth beam to radially (azimuthally) polarized beam is elaborated. The Muller matrix description method was developed, analyzing the processes of amplitude conversion, polarization states and laser radiation phases by polycrystalline networks of biological tissues and fluids with circular and linear birefringence.
