The information obtained in the course of fundamental research allowed us to analyze perturbations of near-Earth space and dynamic processes in the ionosphere, to clarify their interconnection with non-stationary processes on the Sun, to develop additional criteria for forecasting the features of space weather. The results of the modernization of software-algorithmic support and hardware part of the incoherent scattering radars, which expanded its functional capabilities, increased the sensitivity and stability of work, contributed to improving the accuracy and reliability of obtaining experimental results.
