Mineral nitrogen (0,5 g/l) added inti culture medium stimulated protein biosynthesis by rhizobia S. meliloti AC88 and Tn5-mutants of soybean nodule bacteria. The growth media, such as yeast extract mannitol medium, sunthetic medium 79, pea medium, can be used to increase the biomass of nodule bacteria Rhizobium galegae (analytically selected and Tn5-mutants). This way will promote the increase of effectivity of bacterial composition for agriculture. Application of pea medium allows to obtain the culture of bacteria Rhizobium galegae, which are able to produce large amount of exopolysaccharides.
