It is proved that all nanosystems synthesized in branched polymer matrices are time-stable (the size of gold nanoparticles is practically unchanged) and have a size suitable for use in experiments invitro. It has been established that in the presence of a photosensitizer or doxorubicin, an insignificant process of aggregation in the system occurs due to the change in the hydrophilic-hydrophobic balance of the polymer matrix.
