Aim of the research I stage: to determine the essence and range of individual characteristics of athletes in disciplines of sport with a predominant manifestation of endurance; to substantiate and develop the algorithm of estimation of individual inclination to different manifestations of endurance in sport and individual types of reaction of cardiorespiratory system to physical activity. Aim of the research II stage: to determine individual peculiarities of development of fatigue at athletes, transfer of training loads, and on this basis to develop recommendations for individual correction of the training process. Object of the research: specificity of manifestation of special endurance and reactions of functional systems as a result of adaptation to intense sports training Subject of the research: activity of functional systems of an organism, metabolism in conditions of muscular activity, parameters of physical ability to work Methods of the research: spirometry, gas analyzer, biochemical; pulsometry telemetry; teaching methods of testing, mathematical and statistical methods. Results of the research: It is determined that changes in physiological reactivity reflect the individual character of the realization of energy possibilities of an organism under physical activity, and specific factors of fatigue during exercise are manifested through a change in the reactive properties of functional systems leading to a particular type of physical activity.
