Developed and researched the process of deposition of three-component coatings by ion plasma sputtering targets from MAX phase Ti2AlC. The sputtering coefficients of titanium and MAX phase Ti2AlC were measured after sputtering with argon ions as a function of ion energy. The influence of the parameters of vacuum-arc deposition of oxynitride titanium coatings on their structural-phase composition and on the performance characteristics - microhardness, corrosive and decorative properties is investigated.
