It was proved that calix[4]arene chalcone amides (С-138, С-137, С-1023 та С-1011) inhibited with varying efficiency the oxidation of endogenous nucleotides in the electron transport chain. Enhance the generation of reactive oxygen species is observed at the presence of calix[4]arene chalcone amides C-1023 and C-1011, that can lead to oxidation stress and mitochondrial dysfunction. It is shown that all studied calix[4]arene chalcone amides C-138, C-136, C-137, C-1012, C-1021, C-1023, C-1024 and C-1011 slightly activate Са2+, Mg2+-ATPase and Na+, K+-ATPase of plasma membrane: 5-10% relative to control value. The activity of the Mg2+-ATPase was inhibited by these calix[4]arene chalcone amides.
