It is shown that with the help of technologies of 3D printing (laser, beam) it is possible to receive high-quality hip implants. The technologies of obtaining powders for 3D printing from the latest biologically and mechanically compatible titanium alloy and bioactive ceramics have been worked out. It is shown that the method of plasma melting of a rotating electrode can be obtained from powders of titanium alloys for 3D printing. Exhausted method of obtaining hydroxyapatite powders (GAP) for spraying on the endoprosthesis. GAP powders are doped with silver for coatings with antibacterial properties. The main results of the research are planned to be implemented by the partner of TITAN-MED Ltd. in the organization of joint prosthetics.
