The purpose of the work is to develop methodological and normative-legal principles for ensuring the cybernetic safety of the functioning of the energy sector of Ukraine taking into account European requirements. During the implementation of the research: - the research and definition of the general normative-legal and organizational-technical principles of providing cybersecurity of typical objects and systems of the energy infrastructure was carried out; - proposals for creating mechanisms for responding to incidents of cybernetic security regarding typical objects in the energy infrastructure of Ukraine; - recommendations for regulatory and legal basis for the functioning and development of organizational and technical mechanisms for ensuring the cybernetic security of the energy infrastructure of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of national and European legislation, and the best practices of the world. The results of the GDR are planned to be implemented during the preparation of normative legal acts of Ukraine regarding the provision of cyber security of typical objects and systems of energy infrastructure.
