Object of researches is интродукционная the assessment, morphobiological features, organofaction, reproductive biology, ecological firmness to abiotic and biotic factors of medium, the agricultural technician of cultivation, means and receptions of reproduction and reuvenilization plants, both selection-genetic aspects of dilating and improvement of hybrid fund ornamental plants. The work purpose - an integrated assessment of gene pool ornamental plants of different ecological-geographical parentage on a complex of decorative and economic-biological signs, allocation among them a starting material for selection and the best for cultivation in the conditions of Ukraine, dilating specific and varietal assortments by introduction plant in decorative gardening as bases of enrichment and biodiversity conservation, and also building competitive, proof to ecological conditions of Ukraine of cultivars ornamental plants with new decorative and economic-valuable to signs. Methods of researches - complex researches in which basis the analysis and information synthesis, methods introduction and researches of biomorphological features of plants in the conditions of culture (methods of phenological supervision, relative morphology, studying of an ontogenesis of plants, drought resistances, introduction research of cultivars, the mathematical statistics is put). On the basis of complex introduction research species and cultivars it is offered regenerated assortment ornamental plants for mass use in decorative gardening and selection work (cultivars, subspecies and varieties of different function which are marked by high decorative qualities, and high firmness to a complex of unfavorable factors of medium). Studying morphobiological features investigated introduction plants has dilated representation about their life cycles and has opened possibilities for working out of rational agrotechnical actions on their cultivation for different needs, and also has created scientific bases for a choice of optimum methods of reproduction. Collections ornamental plants NBG NASU - the greatest in Ukraine, and some of them (eutherophytes, a peony, astilbe) - the greatest among botanic gardens of the countries of the former CIS and Europe, for accounting the season they are filled up by 84 species and 565 cultivars. Powerful practical achievement of researches - for the state registration it is presented demands for 64 sorts created in department. Copyright certificates protect 46 sorts: a gladiolus - 2, Callistephus chinensis - 1, a day lily - 9 chrysanthemums - 20, a peony - 6, heuchera - 4, lilies - 2, a phlox - 2 which are brought in the State list of sorts of plants, applicable for diffusion to Ukraine. Patents for 49 sorts are received. It is developed two procedures of carrying out of examination of kinds on difference uniformity and stability Heuchera L. and хheucherella H.R.Wehrh. and a poppy (Papaver orіentale L.)).
