The principle of "successful projects management" and the mechanisms for its implementation in the field of e-government were examined. Project proposals to adjust the domestic legal and regulatory framework (standards) to take into account the project approach were developed. An important result of the study was the development of a dictionary of terms in the field of informatization, e-governance, information society development, digital transformations, information security, as well as exploring the possibility of comprehensive implementation of digital rights in Ukrainian legislation. The state of the information society and informatization development in Ukraine in 2018 was analyzed and a comprehensive review of this sphere was conducted.
