The purpose of the research is to establish the best varieties of oilseeds, nutritional background, irrigation conditions, and methods of care, which will improve the conditions for their growth, development and productivity. Research methods - field - to monitor the growth and development of plants, environmental conditions, assess the elements of the technology of growing varieties of oil flax. Measuring and weight - to account for the dynamics of growth and yield. Laboratory - for the analysis of indicators of quality of seeds of oil flax. Mathematical and statistical - to assess the reliability of research results. Settlement and comparative - to establish the economic and energy efficiency of research results. The optimal doses of fertilizers have been established that will provide improved conditions for the growth and development of oilseeds. The features of the formation of the productivity of oil flax and safflower varieties in the conditions of the arid Steppe of Ukraine are determined. So more productive are the plants of flax oilseed grown under irrigation conditions, providing yields at the level of 2.36 t / ha with the introduction of the N90 P60 variety Eureka, which ensured a profit of 18201 UAH / ha with a profitability of 180%. In non-irrigated conditions, our research has shown that it is more appropriate to sow a flax variety of oilseed Vera with fertilizer with a dose of N60 P60, which provides a yield of 1.39 t / ha with an income of 9720 UAH. / ha and profitability of 140%. The study of the influence of the use of mineral fertilizers under different growing conditions on the performance of the dye safflower showed that the more productive variety for growing in the conditions of southern Ukraine is Zhivchik safflower variety, which under irrigation conditions yields N90 P60 with a yield of 1.87 t / ha with a profit 7902 UAH / ha, and in conditions of natural moisture with high profits 6990 UAH / ha with a yield of 105% yield - 1.36 t / ha when applied N60 P60. The effect of soil herbicides on the productivity of sesame plants. It has been revealed that the best herbicide for this oilseed is the Harnes herbicide. Since on the plots with the use of this herbicide, the highest yield was obtained at the level of 1.36 t / ha with an increase relative to the control of 0.18 t / ha, the profit at the same time amounted to UAH 61339/ ha with a profitability of 653%. A reliable positive effect from the use of micronutrients manifested itself on all application options. The highest yield of sesame is 1.57 t / ha and the highest increase relative to the control of 0.22 t / ha provided spraying with a mixture of Growth concentrate + Oilseed Chelatin + Chelatin mono-boron with an oiliness of 58.6%, with an oil yield of 800 kg / ha. This yield provided a profit - 71 951 rubles/ ha and profitability level of 743%. The best method of harvesting was identified, it turned out to be direct combining when ripening 90% of the bolls, which provided a yield of 1.38 t / ha with an increase compared to a separate collection of 0.29 t / ha. The calculation of the economic efficiency of cultivation, depending on the methods of collecting sesame, has shown that a high income can be obtained from direct combining sesame seeds when ripening 90% of the bolls - UAH 62377/ ha with a profitability of 665%. On the basis of the research conducted, agrotechnical methods of growing oil flax, dye safflower and sesame are obtained, which make it possible to increase the yield by 0.2-0.3 t / ha, improve product quality and increase the profitability of production.
