The aim of the work is to establish the influence of seed inoculation before sowing nodule and endophytic bacteria on the passage of production processes and the formation of yields of soybean varieties different in the ripeness (Dion, Aratta) on the irrigated lands of the subzone of the southern Steppe of Ukraine. Research methods: field - to determine the interaction of the research object with agrotechnological factors; weight - to determine the structure of the crop seed yield; mathematical statistical to determine the reliability of the results of research; computational and comparative - to establish the economic and energy efficiency of the application of agrotechnological measures when creating seed agrophytocenosis under irrigation conditions in the south of Ukraine. Research results: the structure of the crop and the seed productivity of the ultra-early variety Dion and the middle-early Aratta are established, depending on the symbiosis of the nodule and endophytic bacteria on the irrigated lands of the southern Steppe of Ukraine. The pre-sowing inoculation of seeds of soybean varieties of different early ripening varieties of nodule and endophytic bacteria contributed to the formation of a larger number of beans on plants and seeds in one bean. The seed production of the ultra-early variety Dion and the middle-early Aratta depended significantly on the influencing factors that were studied. The yield of conditioned seeds of the Dion variety at control 1 (without inoculation of seeds in front of a gray leaf) and control 2 (water treatment of seeds) was 1.89-1.90 t / ha, respectively, the Aratta variety - 1.90-1.92 t / ha . The pre-sowing treatment of seeds with nodule and endophytic bacteria, compared with the control variants, contributed to an increase in the yield of the ultra-early variety Dion by 0.13-0.40 t / ha and the middle-early variety Aratta by 0.11-0.65 t / ha. Seed inoculation with nodule bacteria RizobinK (association of 3-x strains of Bradyrhizobium japonicum) without the use of mineral fertilizers, regardless of the variety, promoted an increase in seed yield up to 2.03-2.13 t / ha, respectively, nodule and endophytic bacteria: RizobinK + Psp. 1 (RizobinK + Paenibacillus sp.1) - 2.08-2.19; RizobinK + Bsp.4 (RizobinK + Bsp.4RizobinK + Baccillus sp.4) - 2.29-2.55; RizobinK + Bsp.5 (RizobinK + Brevibacillus sp.5) - 2.05-2.27; RizobinK + Pb.6 (RizobinK + Pseudomonasbrassicacearum 6) - 2.34-2.03 and RizobinK + Bm.6 (RizobinK + Bacillus.megaterium 6) - 2.29-2.11 t / ha. The maximum yield of seeds of soybean varieties was formed by pre-sowing seed treatment with Rizobin K + Baccillus sp.4 (Rizobin K + Bsp.4) - 2.29 t / ha for Dion and 2.55 t / ha for Aratta.
