The purpose of the study is to develop a new geriatric pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases with improved parameters of specific pleiotropic pharmacological activity, bioavailability and reduced effects of polypharmacy and toxic effects. Research methods - for the study of ex vivo kinetic regularities and the mechanism of inhibition of candidate molecules of human serum butyrylcholinesterase used by UV-Vis spectrophotometry; to prove the formation of hesperidine complexes with polymers - FTIR-spectroscopy. Techniques and technological flowchart for the preparation of nanosized solid disperse systems (SDS) AFI with pharmaceutically acceptable polymers have been developed. It has been established that SDS hesperidine inhibits butyrylcholinesterase of serum of human blood by a mixed (partial) mechanism. A technological flowchart for the production of a pharmaceutical product based on a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases in accordance with GMP requirements has been developed. The risks for quality in the technological process of manufacture of the investigated medicinal product are determined. Chemical compatibility and stability of AFI and auxiliary substances of the developed pharmaceutical composition have been investigated. The practical significance of the work is the possibility of applying a geriatric pharmaceutical composition based on SDS hesperidine as part of a drags for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases as an effective active pharmaceutical ingredient with a pleiotropic character of action.
