It has been established that the introduction of PRP into the culture of the nucleus pulposus cells supports in dose-dependent manner their viability and expression of chondrogenic genes. The indications are optimized for the surgical treatment of patients with traumatic and degenerative lesions of the spine. It has been shown that the use of PRP during the establishment of transpedicular stabilization systems in the lumbar spine of patients contributes to a significant reduction in the intensity of pain syndrome and accelerates regenerative processes.
