The technique of minimally invasive transcranial surgical treatment of arterial aneurysms of the brain based on detailed pre-operative planning of all stages of surgical intervention is developed and implemented. Based on the performed researches, differentiated use of minimally invasive transcranial methods of surgical treatment of arterial aneurysm of the brain is proposed. Optimized displays, overlays, indications for various methods of transcranial interventions in patients with arterial aneurysms of the brain. The methodology of the choice of adequate surgical access to transcranial surgery of arterial aneurysms of the brain of different localization, taking into account the possibilities of "keyhole" of craniotomy and endoscopic assistances, is developed.
