The purpose of the work is to improve the results of complex diagnostics in the surgical treatment of patients with multiple hernias of the cervical spine. Methods of research: clinical neurological methods of examination, spondyllography with functional tests, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, electroneuromyography, computer stabiliography, threshold audiometry. Research results. On the basis of a comprehensive assessment of clinical neurological manifestations and results of instrumental research methods, impressions are optimized for differential surgical treatment of patients with multiple hernias of the cervical spine.             Object of research. Extended scientific representations concerning a comprehensive evaluation of clinical neurological data with data of instrumental examination methods in patients with multiple hernias of the cervical spine. The methodology of differentiated application of various surgical methods in patients with multiple hernias of the cervical spine is developed and implemented.            The practical value of the study. As a result of the performed research, the algorithm of preoperative examination of patients with multiple hernias of the intervertebral disks of the cervical spine was improved. New approaches to the tactics of differentiated surgical treatment of patients with multiple hernias of the cervical spine are developed and implemented.
