The criteria for progression and invasion of PA are multifactorial. Among the hormonally inactive tumors, which make up 72% of the study group, chromophobic histological variants of adenomas and adenomas of the transient type are almost equally represented, with virtually equal distribution among men and women. Hormonally inactive AG have a tendency to more aggressive behavior, as evidenced by the index of proliferation in this group within 10%. Invasive growth is the biological ability of PA, which naturally occurs at a certain stage of tumor development. The nature of the growth of PA determines their further progress in both size and direction of distribution, which is due to the ratio of kinetic growth rates and features of topographic anatomy. Correlation of clinical and morphological features is established, which objectivates the criteria for prediction of the radicals of surgical treatment, the relapse survival of such patients and the development of schemes of combined individualized treatment (development of the system of factors of individual prognosis).
