The first edition of the DBN project was made public on the website (sent to interested organizations) to receive proposals in accordance with Annex A of the Terms of Reference, as well as on the basis of the received proposals in the reviews, a protocol of approval of the positions. At the 3rd stage of the work, a second draft version of the DBN will be developed, an explanatory note to it. Scientific and practical results of this work will be used when introducing them into the practice of designing and building civilian buildings.
