The second edition of the DBN project was considered at the meeting of the scientific and technical council of the developer organizations. The DBN project is sent for approval in accordance with Annex B of the Terms of Reference. At the 4th stage, the DBN project will be sent for inspection and finalized by the results of the inspection. The final version of the DBN will be developed, an explanatory note clarified. Scientific and practical results of this work will be used when introducing them into the practice of designing and building civilian buildings.
