A purpose is individualization of exposure doses of the SRU subjects from certain raions located on the territories affected by the Chernobyl catastrophe. Methods: dosimetric, mathematical modeling and programming, analysis, synthesis. Results: It was analyzed the information obtained in 2016-2018 from the SRU. The generalized criteria for selection of individuals to doses individualization subcohort was formulated. It has been improved the methodology of external and internal effective exposure doses calculation for the SRU subjects; the model parameters have been validated. There were obtained estimates of annual individualized effective doses of internal and external exposure in 1986-2018 and the thyroid exposure in 1986 for 334,410 SRU subjects living in ten districts. The database of individualized exposure doses was created; it uses the formats and structures of the SRU.
