An objective is creation of a verified database of individual internal exposure doses. Methods: mathematical, statistical, analysis, synthesis. Results: 142 695 records of 1987-1993 from paper were included to the electronic database of the results of WBC-measurements (BD WBC). The classification of administrative codes was updated, the information about the weight of more than 80 thousand persons was restored, the division of the total content (137Cs + 134Cs) into separate components was performed, the measuring instruments were installed, and the minimum detected activity (MDA) was estimated for 121 608 records. All records according to the developed criterion are divided into three groups of quality: "high-quality" - 114 325 records (80.1%), "qualitative" - 24 439 records (17.4%), "low-quality" - 3931 records (2, 8%). The procedure of estimation of the results of WBC-measurements with low MDA value is developed. The classification of BD WBC records according to the groups of reliability depending on the activity of the incorporated 137Cs, MDA and the information about measurements conditions has been specified and extended. The model of calculation of annual internal radiocaesium exposure dose is generalized. There were calculated doses of internal exposure for 674 603 records of BD WBC (1986-2014) corresponded to the groups "reliability" and "conditional-reliable".
