The purpose of the work is to scientifically substantiate the proposals on optimizing the quality of life of the population of the SZ NPP on the basis of studying its components and environmental monitoring data. The work is devoted to the study of the quality of life of the population of the SZ of Rivne NPP in dynamics. An environmental assessment has been carried out on the indicators of pollutants and radionuclides with emissions into the air and discharges to the surface water bodies by the industrial and economic objects of the SZ, PS "RNPP ". Resource medical potential of medical establishments of the SZ was studied and the analysis of the morbidity of the adult population and children aged 0-17 years according to official statistics in the dynamics of 2011-2016 has been carried out.
