The subject of research - non-tumor morbidity, disability, mortality, dose-dependent effects in the development of individual non-tumor diseases in conditions of small doses of ionizing radiation. Purpose - Integrated assessment of the health of the adult population affected by the accident at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, due to non-tumor morbidity, disability, mortality associated with the influence of radiation and non-radiation factors, and the justification of the strategy of preventive measures. Methods of research: epidemiological, mathematical-statistical, modeling. In the dynamics of the post-accident period, a significant deterioration in the health status of the contaminated contingents affected, due to an increase in non-tumor morbidity, disability, mortality. The main increase in the level of non-tumor morbidity in the participants of the LNA on ChNPP, evacuated established during the period 1998-2007, with a decrease in persons aged 40-60 years at the date of the accident in the period 2008-2016. In the structure of the disease, the main contributors were diseases of the circulatory system (SC), digestive organs, respiration (in aggregate about 70%), certain particles contributed diseases of the thyroid gland, nervous, genitourinary, bone and muscular systems. Disability from non-tumor diseases increased from 25,9 ‰ in the "liquidators" during the period 1988-1992 to 273,3 ‰ in the period 2007-2012; in "evacuated" - from 12,6 ‰ to 147,5 ‰, respectively. In the structure of disability, the main particles are diseases of the SC, the organs of digestion, respiration Mortality from non-tumor illnesses of "liquidators", aged 18-39 at the date of the accident, increased from 1,4 ‰ in 1988-1992 to 13,5 ‰ in the period of 2013-2016 years, and persons aged 40-60 years - from 2,3 ‰ to 31,1 ‰ respectively, "evacuated" at the age of 18-39 - from 2,1 ‰ in the period 1988-1992 to 12 ,4 ‰ in the period of 2013-2016, "evacuated" at the age of 40-60 years - from 17,3 ‰ to 48,0 ‰, respectively. In the structure of the causes of death as "liquidators" and "evacuated", regardless of age and sex, 90-95% of the disease is circulatory system. The increased level of morbidity of inhabitants of RZT was established in the first 16 years after the accident. Invalidity of persons aged 18-39 increased from 3,9 ‰ in 1988-1992 to 74,2 ‰ in 2013-2016, persons 40-60 years - from 8,9 ‰ to 28,6 ‰ respectively. The mortality rate of RZT residents aged 18-39 at the date of the accident increased from 1,6 ‰ in 1988-1992 to 8,5 ‰ in the period 2013-2016; 40-60 years - from 4,4 ‰ to 44,7 ‰, respectively. The highest levels of morbidity, disability are found in women, mortality - in men. In the structure of the causes of disability, the main part consists of diseases of the SC, digestion, respiration, causes of mortality - up to 95% - diseases of the circulatory system. In the development of diseases of the SC in evacuees at the age of 18-60, reliable values of relative risk (RR) were established at internal irradiation of thyroid gland 131 І in the range of 0,3-0,75 Gy, external irradiation of the whole body in the range of 0,05-0,25 Gy for RST patients aged 18-60 at the date of the accident, with an overall effective dose of ionizing radiation accumulated 25 years after the accident, in the range of 13 to 40 mSv. The dynamic model of calculation of the main parameters of the metric of health losses (morbidity, mortality) of the victims of the Chernobyl accident has been developed, taking into account age of radiation, radiation dose, time after exposure. The probable estimations of the health patient's health losses at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in1986-1987 were provided due to diseases of the circulatory system. Implementation: 15 scientific publications, 2 newsletters, 2 informational and analytical references (Ministry of Social Policy and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine) were published, 3 scientific publications, methodical recommendations were prepared for publication. Field of use: radiation medicine, radiobiology, health care. Product Description popup.authors Бєляєв Ю.М. Капустинська О.А. Прикащикова К.Є. Цуприков В.А. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
