The aim of the study:: based on the analysis of the current status of individual dosimetricmonitoring in Ukraine, practical needs for providing modern dosimetric control of professional exposure to category A personnel, and the study of global trends in radiation protection and radiation safety, to conduct a scientific synthesis and provide the basis for United system for monitoring and registration of individual doses for category A personnel. Research methods: analytical, informational and statistical. Results: authors developed the scientificmethodlogy and organizational principles for implementation of the United system for monitoring and registration of individual doses for category A personnel in Ukraine as well as the National Registry of Occupational Exposure.They take into account the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and the relevant legislation of the European Union. The summarizing document is "The Concept of the Establishment and Functioning of the United system for monitoring and registration of individual doses and the National Dose Registry in Ukraine". The concept was approved by the Expert Problem Commission "Radiation Medicine" of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Expert Coordination Council on the implementation of the tasks and activities of the National Social Program for Improving the Safety, Occupational Health and Work Environment for 2014-2018. According to the decision of the Board of SNRI of Ukraine, it was adopted as a roadmap for further development of the system of individual dosimetricmonitoring of occupational exposure in Ukraine.
