A research object is the sports preparation system of the strongest sportsmen of Ukraine of elite group to the Olympic games. Methods: pedagogical methods, analysis of scientific data, competitions protocols, planning and report documents, pedagogical supervisions, physiology methods: ergospyrometry, ECG, impedance cardiography, rheoencephalography, rheovasography, heart rate variability, pulsometry, electromyography, spyrometry, body composition analysis, biochemical methods: lactate, urea, erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, glucose, creatinine, albumin determination, psychophysiological methods, biomechanical and statistical method. Results. It were analyzed the Ukrainian athletes competitions results on ХХІІІ winter olympic games and on world and Europe cups 2018 year in the priority types of sport and prospect of their further performances in the main competitions of olympic cycle; methodical recommendations are worked out on adaptation to the terms of Buenos-Aires (Brazil).
