The generalizing dependence of the displacement rate of the soil on the parameters of the explosion of the dispersed charge and the epicentral distance at the level of the engineering formula is obtained. A method is developed to improve the reliability of the assessment of the tense state of hazardous to the ejection of rocks in coal mines on the basis of the study of the nature of the spread of seismic waves excited by shaking explosions. The safety of mine work in mines has been increased. The scheme of the hardware complex, which allows remote monitoring and control of elastic and acoustic oscillations that arise within the coal formation and the rock for prediction and prevention of sudden emissions at the mines, is developed. The method of calculating the seismic effect of mass explosions on seismic resistance adjacent to a career, ground structures and a karst cavity under them, with account of static forces depending on its location in relation to the lower boundary of the compressible layer, is developed. Methods of calculation of effective and seismic-safe parameters of drilling and blasting works for the protection of natural objects and residential areas of villages close to the quarries are developed. The normative documentation and recommendations for designing the parameters of the grid of borehole charges and the switching of short-circuit explosion schemes during blasting operations in the conditions of gypsum arrays with voids, the improvement of the quality of crushing the mountain mass with a controlled seismic effect in relation to the security object are developed. Based on the results of analytical and experimental studies, it is established: the power of the drill bit rotator exponentially depends on the drilling performance; Specific energy intensity of drilling of a particular rock is extremely dependent on the drilling performance; the optimum value of the drilling performance corresponds to the minimum values of the energy intensity of the process; the method of constructing the geological structure of the column of each well drilled in the block to be subjected to, by monitoring the power consumed by the rotor in the process of drilling, and the determination of energy intensity for the assembly of the borehole explosives passport and the layout of its design. The analytical studies of physics and mechanics of the counter-propagation of detonation waves from two charges separated by a karst cavity have established that ensuring optimal transfer of potential energy to destructive work within the well design is created when each elongate charge is undermined with such millisecond slowness intervals in which there are conditions for closing ceilings and soles of the karst cavity. Improved methods for calculating seismic and optimal parameters of the grid of wells and retardation intervals of the lower and upper detonators within the borehole charges separated by the karst cavity allow to ensure qualitative destruction of the karst of rocks and acceptable norms of seismic loading in the zones of location of terrestrial buildings and karstic cavities below them. From the implementation of the results of scientific work of the Research Laboratory on the problems of seismic safety of technological explosions, the expected total for 3 career pits, the economic effect amounts to UAH 1165560.6 per year.
