The subject of the study is economic and mathematical methods and models in combination with modern information technologies that allow monitoring and modeling of the state of modern complex financial and economic systems and assess their crisis-stability. The object of the study is the processes of functioning of complex financial and economic systems during periods of crisis and relaxation. The main scientific results: the problems of modeling of critical phenomena in complex financial and economic systems have been researched, in particular, the questions of classification and modeling of financial and economic crises have been investigated, features of collective dynamics of complex financial and economic systems during periods of crisis and relaxation have been studied, and indicators of pre-crisis states have been developed. The results of research on the dynamic and structural characteristics of complex financial and economic systems are based on the principles of synergetics and econophysics in conjunction with modern information technologies. Considerable attention in the scientific work is paid to modeling and predicting the behavior of complex financial and economic systems, and the processes of self-organization in such systems are studied.
