Samples of diamond single crystals were taken, the nitrogen concentration in which does not exceed 50 ppm. Polished selected single crystals were made and samples of diamond plates 3-5 mm in diameter and 0.5-0.8 mm thick were obtained. Contact coatings with a diameter of 2 mm, consisting of an adhesive layer of titanium, an electrically conductive layer of copper and a protective layer of silver, were deposited on the diamond plates using the magnetron sputtering method and their electrical properties were investigated. Samples of diamond plates with contact coatings with the lowest concentration of electrically conductive impurities and suitable for use in medical dosimeter detectors were selected.
