Principles were defined and criteria were developed for selecting and improving forms, methods and means of competently oriented computer science training at a lyceum, taking into account the age characteristics of subjects of study, compliance with the principles of science, accessibility, practical importance and level of development of computer science as an information and communication technology industry and their reflection in teacher manuals; - the principles of forming the content of teaching aids are defined: the principle of science and accessibility, the principle of developmental education, the principle of systematic learning, the principle of conscious learning and mental activity, the principle of visibility, the principle of communication of learning with life, the principle of intra-subject and interdisciplinary connections, the principle of taking into account individual characteristics of students and etc., the use of which should be displayed in teaching aids for teachers as by theoretically familiarizing them with the most modern techniques and organizational forms of education (including elements of training, design and other organizational forms and techniques for the implementation of pedagogical influences), and by providing practical examples of their use (in particular - on the training material of the 10th grade).
