Psychological tools for the study of negative psychological phenomena accompanying military actions in the east of Ukraine were developed. A new concept of "local order of solidarity" was proposed. It means a special way of regulating relations on the basis of double morality in the processes of social exchange between its agents (ersatz-elite, clans, infantile society). It is shown that it can be used for developing of the strategies for preventing negative psychological phenomena. The main mechanism of formation of anomy by means of the shadowing of social relations (production of shadow social practices relevant to them) is determined. The diagnostic criterion of violations of the process of political and legal identification of a person ("hybridization" of value priorities) is determined. Consistent patterns of the dynamic interconnection of representations, sets and attitudes to political and legal reality are revealed. Demographic peculiarities of paternalism, influence of parent-child projections on its formation are also examined. Hypotheses about the unwillingness to master the semantic contradictions of interaction as the cause of violations of political and legal identification of the individual alienation as a factor in the formation of social nihilism are confirmed.
