It was determined that the formation of cross food allergy occurs in 36.4% of children with pollinosis, and the most common symptom is an oral allergic syndrome. The general and distinct immunocytochemical features of children with respiratory and cross-allergenic food allergy are determined, depending on the severity of manifestations of pollinosis. It was determined that the clinical and immunological criteria of pollen-food syndrome among children are: seasonal respiratory allergy, local oral injury in the form of an oral allergic syndrome isolated or in combination with systemic reactions in the form of anaphylaxis, sensitization to cross-reactive proteins (preferably PR-10 , profilins), local markers of atopy - immunoglobulin E, which is determined in the mucous nasal and oral cavity. The presence of sensitization to the profilin correlates with the symptoms of oral allergic syndrome, the duration of the disease for more than 5 years and the presence of food allergies to more than two food allergens. For the first time, scientifically substantiated the possibility of predicting the effectiveness of allergen-specific immunotherapy among children with pollen-food syndrome and the effectiveness of the sublingual method has been studied.
