The purpose of the research work: development of algorithm of early diagnostics and complex therapy of disorders of the autistic spectrum in children on the basis of excitation of mechanisms of their development. Methods of research: clinical, electroencephalographic mapping, EEG-video monitoring, magnetic resonance tomography of the brain, determination of concentration of GABA in blood plasma, medical genetic examination, pathopsychological diagnostics. Electroencephalographic mapping and EEG-video monitoring were performed on the spectrum + diagnostic complex in the EEG signal unit Neuron-Spectrum +. MRI scan was performed using MagnetomVisionPlus 1.5 T Magnetic Resonance Imager (SIEMENS). The concentration of GABA in blood plasma was determined on the apparatus of the "Kvant" fluorometer, and the acidity (pH) of the gamma-aminobutyric acid extract was determined using a pH meter of HANNA pH211. As a result of the research it was determined: specific changes in bioelectric activity (according to EEG) and structural brain disorders (according to MRI), changes in the concentration of GABA in serum. The novelty of the work is that for the first time in Ukraine, from the standpoint of the child neurologist, the definition of the main trigger factors that led to the development of disorders of the autistic spectrum and cognitive disintegration in children was carried out. The scientific and theoretical significance is the development of an early diagnostic algorithm and integrated therapy regimens of autistic spectrum disorder with cognitive disintegration in children with the role of functional and neuro-metabolic brain disorders. It was shown that the main trigger mechanisms leading to autistic spectrum disorder with cognitive disintegration in young children are epileptiform encephalopathies. On the basis of the work published 25 scientific works including 15 articles and 10 theses in professional periodicals, 60 reports at national and international conferences and congresses.
