For the first time, signs of violations of the state of fetoplacental blood circulation, changes іn his to imunochemistry of the placenta during cardiacsurgery and artificial blood circulati on were first identified, and possible complications and correlation with the frequency and severity of gestational complications and negative perinatal consequences. For the first time, a system of correction and careful monitoring of the condition of intracardiachemo dynamics during and after anoperationon the heart during cardiac surgery during pregnancy was developed.
