PROTECTIVE CLOTHES, HEAT-PROTECTIVE CLOTHES, HEAT-RESISTANT MATERIALS, ASSORTMENT RANGE, PACKAGES OF MATERIALS The object of the research is the process of creation of effective protective clothes with predictable properties, made from incombustible heat-protective materials for a given list of military specialties and branches of the armed forces. The aim of the work is to develop heat-protective clothes of Ukrainian production for military personnel with increased requirements to operational reliability and ergonomics through the experimental selection of incombustible heat-protective materials and the formation of the rational package structures. The methods of the research. The general methodology of the systematic approach is used to solve the tasks set for design-projection of the protective clothes. The theory of similarity, reliability, basic technological parameters and modes of the process of garment manufacturing, expert evaluation method, methods of mathematical planning and statistics for the processing of the results are the theoretical and methodological basic concepts. The experimental studies on determination of the reliability and ergonomics indicators have been carried out in the accredited analytical and research laboratory "Textile - Test" using the standardized methods. The processing of the experiments is made using the Microsoft Excel, Graph and Mathcad programs. The graphic editor Xara Designer Pro7 is used for the construction of the technical drawings and graphic objects; CAD Julivi is used for the construction of the assortment range of the jumpsuits. The conditions of the operational environment for the military-accounting specialties during the high-temperature influences, physiological reactions of the organism on the general and local thermal influences, as well as the interconnection of the characteristics of the materials with the structural and technological parameters of the production of heat-protective clothes are researched; the methodological approaches to substantiation of the acceptable duration of work in it are developed. The requirements to the clothes and to the materials used for its manufacture are formulated, on the basis of which the significant indicators of the quality are determined by the way of expert evaluation. The theoretical basis for the determination of the thermophysical properties of the materials and the packages of the clothes is developed in order to form the rational structures of the packages and to justify their zonal location on the different parts of the clothes taking into account the different degree of work severity and thermal load. An experimental installation is developed by automating the measurement process, and a study is conducted in order to determine the thermophysical properties of the materials and the duration of the safe work of a person in special clothing. The methodology of the research of heat-protective properties of the materials and clothes is developed; the general scheme of the multilayer package of the materials for various environment conditions and different degree of work severity is structured, on the basis of which experimental researches of the materials and packages, and their comparative analysis for substantiation of the choice of the rational structure of the package under the conditions of high temperature environment is carried out. Design and technological solutions of the heat-protective clothes are developed taking into account technological and ergonomic requirements to the design. The classification of types and methods of connection of the parts of heat-protective clothes for military personnel, as well as thermophysical and operational characteristics of the materials are analyzed; on this basis the structure of the clothes in the system "the environment - heat-protective clothes - military person" is substantiated. The methods of purposeful formation and practical realization of design and technological solutions for creation of the assortment range of the heat-protective clothes for a given list of military-accounting specialties are obtained taking into account technical, economic and consumer indicators. The implementation of the results of work will enable to improve the defense capability of Ukraine by increasing the level of protection of the military personnel, who conduct their professional and qualification activities under the influence of the various types of danger, in particular, high-temperature environment.
