The purpose of the project is the development of a new assortment and a scientifically based choice of modern materials for the manufacture of clothing for wounded and hospital clothing with a flexible morphological structure, bed linen, garments of care of functional textiles, the production of experimental samples of such products. Research methods. In this work the theoretical and experimental research methods was used that allowed to obtain the main results and confirm their reliability, standardized and specially developed methods of materials science for assessing the quality of textile materials, modern methods for investigating of polymer materials - IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, mathematical modeling of liquid spread processes in textile fabrics. Was established basic principles of the development of modern hospital clothing, taking into account the peculiarities of it's use. Was applied the methodology of design which accepts the systematization of conditions of use and the topography of medical procedures, the development of appropriate functional and structural elements. For the first time an algorithm has been created for developing of modern range of hospital clothing with a flexible morphological structure. A topography of the location of special constructive elements, functional inserts with given properties in places requiring increased moisture absorption (blood - and sweat absorption), removal of excess of moisture and heat to create a normal microclimate is developed. The influence of raw material composition and characteristics of the structure of materials on the operational properties of hospital bed linen is investigated. Methods of environmentally safe nanomodification of textile for medical and prophylactic use with the help of galosilicate nanotubes and nanomagnetites are developed. The analysis of the laws of mass transfer and absorption properties in multilayered textile medical materials is carried out in order to increase their accumulation ability. Textile fixing belts for transporting the wounded were developed. The practical value of the results. A new assortment of hospital clothing and clothes for wounded with flexible morphological structure, bed linen and accessories has been developed. The basic designs of hospital clothing have been constructed, the locations of special functional elements and elements that provide the flexibility of the morphological structure are determined. The textile materials of therapeutic and prophylactic purposes modified with natural aluminosilicate nanotubes and magnetite nanoparticles has been created. A device that allows obtaining a detailed quantitative description of magnetic properties of fibrous materials has been developed. The prototype of high-quality hospital clothing was produced, provided for experimental operation in hospitals, positive responses were received about the products developed. The prospect of using the results of work Specially designed sewing products made from appropriate textile materials can significantly improve sanitary and hygiene standards for the wounded, facilitate their self-service, and simplify the work of medical staff.
