Information × Registration Number 0219U000525, 0117U004235 , R & D reports Title Nanocomposite materials for treatment of complicated suppurative-septic processes popup.stage_title Head Golub Oleksandr Andriyovych, Registration Date 05-02-2019 Organization National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" popup.description2 The subject of our research is the development of technology for producing modern hybrid bioactive nanocomposite materials with antimicrobial, immunomodulatory, wound healing properties that can be used to accelerate the treatment of processes of different genesis, including purulent-septic, and on the basis of which biomedical materials (composites, etc.) with anti-adhesive and antimicrobial properties can be created subsequently. Nanocomposites based on pyrogenic silica dioxide with immobilized on its surface antibacterial agents of ornidazole, nitazol, urotropine and combined composition of ornidazole and urotropine were produced, their physico-chemical, anti-adhesive and antimicrobial properties were studied, the therapeutic effect of synthesized nanocomposites on complicated wounds of different etiology and their efficacy compared with the traditional drugs were shown. The results of our work were presented in 26 scientific publications, including 7 patents, 9 articles in professional Ukrainian and international periodicals, and 10 thesis papers at conferences. Laboratory technological regulations for producing application forms of nanocomposite therapeutic agents in laboratory conditions have been developed, recommendations for their application for the treatment of various types of wounds and ulcers, burns and bedsores have been proposed.
