Specimens grown in the Fe-Ni-C system had a yellow color of varying saturation. Samples grown in the Fe-Mg-Al-C system had different degrees of transparency, depending on the concentration of Mg. It is established that in all samples in the spectral region of frequencies 1000 - 1400 cm-1 there is a group of bands connected with oscillatory modes of impurity nitrogen, which is a part of various defects. The study of the volt-ampere characteristics has shown that the minimum leakage currents (about 1.5 pA at 300 V) have synthetic diamonds grown by the temperature gradient method in the growth system of Fe-Ni-C without the addition of nitrogen noders. Such diamonds are most suitable for use in advanced quantum technologies and detectors. Product Description popup.authors Грушко В.І. Лисенко О.Г. Міцкевич Є.І. popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
