As methods of theoretical decision, the method of finite elements, the method of the upper assessment, the energy method of balance of capacities, and the experimental methods of the dividing grid method are chosen. Optimization of technological regimes of combined deformation on the basis of refinement of the power regimen of deformation, peculiarities of forming and taking into account the non-uniformity of the deformed state during cold extrusion has been carried out. The formation of parts with flanges during extrusion based on the main kinematic variants and the type of distribution of the deformed state for hollow parts such as a glass and accumulation of deformations during cold deformation are investigated.
