The purpose of the work is to test and improve the existing technologies of scientific and consultative support for the transfer of innovations in the field of livestock breeding and to substantiate the feasibility of their introduction into production, which will enable to increase the productivity of animals and increase profitability of livestock production. During the year, scientific-consulting and informational services were provided to the subjects of APV in the development of methods of profit-making management in the areas of rabbit meat and fur farming, pig breeding, dairy and meat cattle breeding in farms of different forms of ownership. Information materials were continuously distributed, which highlighted the current issues of animal breeding management. The market needs for innovations in the field of animal husbandry in the Cherkasy region are established. The formation of an innovative portfolio of completed scientific and technical developments for the agro-industrial complex was held. The competitiveness of the market of domestic scientific developments in the field of livestock breeding is investigated. The scientific and consulting service on the actual problems of animal husbandry of agricultural producers of Cherkasy region was carried out. Regulatory and methodical materials are collected. 18 seminars, conferences, meetings were held; 6 "days of the field", 11 "round tables", 4 courses; _8_ exhibitions, auctions, fair. About 3000 thousand consultations were given, 7 methodical recommendations, 2 informative leaflets were published, 16 articles were published in newspapers, magazines, 1 speech on the radio. Training of 93 specialists of agrarian and industrial complex was conducted. The functioning of 4 demonstration polygons is organized. The functioning of the 1 model farm is organized.
