In the project, the self-organization of pure fullerene C60 and its complexes with chemotherapeutic agents (in particular, doxorubicin, cisplatin and lanmicinin A) in aqueous solution is considered as a possible basic stage of the mechanism of in vivo and in vitro biological synergy observed when these drugs are combined with fullerene C60. The results of the application of various physico-chemical methods are analyzed, which gives an opportunity to get an idea of the nature of forces that stabilize complexes of fullerene C60 with these preparations. The physico-chemical mechanism is proposed, which allows at least partly to explain the biological interaction of the C60-drug.
