At the second stage of the work, the precision movement of the oscillating system of the device to the investigation surface was improved, the electrical systems of the device were installed, a controlled system of vertical fastening of the samples that ensure the purity of the investigated surfaces during the preparatory operations was developed, software for controlling the electrical and mechanical systems of the device was developed, test measurements on tribological pairs solid/solid (steel/glass) has been cinducted, calibration of the device was carried out, parametres of non-destructive measurement modes were found.
