The ways and stages of improvement of the relevant legislation in Ukraine are outlined in the context of the requirements to take into account the experience of constitutional construction of other Central European countries. Scientifically grounded proposals for unification of the constitutional legislation of Ukraine have been developed taking into account the best practices of other Central European countries, in particular, in the area of the constitutional and legal status of a person and a citizen (as well as foreigners, stateless persons, refugees and internally displaced persons), the general principles of regulation of professional activity unions and political parties, constitutional and legal regulation of forms of direct democracy, fundamental fundamentals of state authorities and local self-government bodies. municipality The results of the work will be used in the process of a more general study of the theoretical and scientific-practical problems of constitutional construction, as well as in the scientific and practical activities of teachers, post-graduate students, and doctoral students. The main provisions and conclusions of research work can be used as theoretical material for optimization of the basic regulation of public relations regarding the implementation of constitutional construction in Ukraine and other Central European countries, as well as the basis for further development of the theoretical and legal provisions of the development of constitutional laws of Ukraine in accordance with the European standards. The practical significance of the results obtained is that they are both scientific-theoretical and practical value. The results of the GDR can be applied, and proposals of practical content can be used in the activities of state authorities and local self-government. Materials of research work can be used while taking classes on relevant disciplines.
