The main goal of the work is a quality index elevation of the composting process by means of operation's parameters and regimes rationalization of operating organ adaptive technical device. Constructive documentation for operating organ adaptive technical device for composting was developed. Technological process including justified regime parameter of solid-phased manure composting (birds litter) was developed. Working elements operational check of operating organ adaptive technical device for bio-thermic composting was done. During technological procedure of preparation productivity of paddling compost mixture is about 520 m/hour. Paddling uniformity is 78,5%, compost moisture had been changing from 60.0% to 42%.
