The purpose of the work is to create requirements for the information security system in the information infrastructure of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. The research methods which were used for solving the tasks are methods of system analysis, generalization and classification, principles of information infrastructures construction and principles according to which the decisions on providing information security protection in the information infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine should be organized and effectively implemented. The main results of the scientific research work are determination of requirements for the information security system in the information infrastructure of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine; determination of ways for building the system of information security in the information infrastructure of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine; development of recommendations on the construction of the information security system in the information infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on the basis of modern technological solutions. The results of the scientific research work can be used in determining the ways of construction a system of information security in the information infrastructure of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
